The Online Services I Use Every Day!

Online Business Can Be Confusing

Don't know where to start?

These are the online services I use on a daily basis and recommend for staying organized and productive in your online business!

Password Manager: Password managers allow you to safely keep all of your passwords in one place with one master password used to access your “vault.” Passwords can be shared between people, which is great when you start building your team.

PayPal: If you’re just starting out in business, you don’t need a fancy shopping cart. You just need a simple way to get paid. Consider starting out with a PayPal buy button.

Evernote: Evernote is great for keeping track of notes, blog posts, to do lists and just about anything else you’d use paper for. It syncs up across devices and notebooks can be shared with other people. The search function is terrific, letting you find your notes quickly and easily.

Dropbox: Dropbox is a great way to keep your files organized and easily accessible. Files can be easily shared and accessed while you are offline. Additionally, it sits on your hard drive like any other drive.

Online backup: Don’t ever worry about backing up your files again. Go with an online back up system that backs your files up overnight. I love Carbonite.

Hiring outside contractors: For small tasks or one-off projects that you just don’t have time to get to, try Fiverr.com or Upwork.com. Both have contractors that do¬†work inexpensively and, usually, quite quickly. Do your research to make sure the contractor you’re looking at has good reviews and has been working with the site for awhile. Use the search filters to really drill down on what you’re looking for in terms of experience and qualifications.

Managing To Do Lists: Trello. I LOVE Trello. I am a post-it junkie and Trello is the closest thing I’ve found online. I can move sticky notes (cards) from list to list and even assign tasks to people on my team.

So, those are the services I use on a daily basis! What do you use? I’d love to know, please comment below!
